5rrr is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides Bangladeshi users with various casino games, slots, live casino, and betting on cricket and other sports. Users must read these terms carefully before using the platform. This document serves as a legal agreement between the user and 5rrr.

1. Definitions and Terminology

The specific meanings of certain words and terms used in these terms and conditions are described below:

2. Membership Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to open an account with 5rrr is 21. By registering, the user declares that they are at least 21 years old. If required, 5rrr may ask for a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify age at any time. If false information is provided during registration, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may only create one account. If one person holds multiple accounts or uses another person's account, all related accounts will be closed. If multiple members of a household have separate accounts on the same device, appropriate proof must be submitted.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, email and payment details provided at registration must be accurate. Providing incorrect information may delay the withdrawal process. If any information needs to be changed, the support team must be contacted.

2.4 Account Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. Allowing third parties to access the account is prohibited. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, support must be notified immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at 5rrr is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the member's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing.

3.3 Right to Cancel

If fraud or unusual activity is suspected in any transaction, 5rrr reserves the right to suspend any deposit or withdrawal. In such cases, additional documents may be requested for account review.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning in this example, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus is a promotional benefit — it is not direct cash.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
• A user may not claim a promotional offer more than once.
• Bets placed using a bonus may be restricted to certain game categories.
• 5rrr reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback

5rrr's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.7% cashback) and Gold (up to 1.0% cashback). Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. For example, if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. 5. Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

The outcome of all games at 5rrr is determined by neutral RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Using any external software, bots or automated methods to place bets is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and any related winnings will be voided.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market, and are displayed in the game interface. Additional restrictions may apply when using bonus funds.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error disrupts a game or bet processing, 5rrr reserves the right to void the relevant bet and the wagered amount will be refunded. 5rrr will not be held responsible for losses caused by internet disconnections.

5.4 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football and other sports is conducted according to set rules, whether placed before a match starts or as live betting. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bet amount is generally refunded, however specific rules may apply in certain circumstances.

6. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Using fraudulent payment details.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Abusing bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Participating in collusion or game rigging.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for gain.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

9. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Any member may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. The opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be given before the account is closed, however any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited.

9.2 Closure at 5rrr's Initiative

In cases of rule violations, fraud or suspicious activity, 5rrr reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice. In such cases, the balance held may be returned or forfeited after review.

10. Limitation of Liability

5rrr will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect or incidental losses. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk. 5rrr is not responsible for delays or losses caused by issues with third-party payment providers or internet services.
